Loyaltybuild is headquartered in Ennis, Co. Clare. We employ a team of over 70 people, all highly experienced within their fields, ensuring that all the programmes we deliver are implemented to the very highest standards.
When we work with partners we bring together an internal multi-functional team, under a dedicated account manager, to take each project from concept to delivery and ongoing management. The team assigned to each project typically includes a member of our management team and senior staff from our account management, marketing, product development, IT and call centre units.

As founder of Loyaltybuild, Dominic has extensive experience in loyalty marketing, shaping the Loyaltybuild offering based on that experience and the clear need for a loyalty solution that was simple in concept, powerful in its motivation and simple to communicate to customers.
Ernie Mooney, Commercial Director
Ernie is an experienced travel industry professional with over twenty years B2B and B2C sales and marketing experience in airline, hotel, retail, agency as well as online and offline sales. A member of the Marketing Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of Travel & Tourism (UK), Ernie holds an MBA from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from UCD. Ernie's previous roles include Sales & Marketing Director at Killeen Castle and Market Development Director at needahotel.com and in his role as Commercial Director at Loyaltybuild, he is responsible for all aspects of business development and the commercial operations within the organisation.
Ian Barrett, Finance Director
An experienced finance professional, Ian has previously operated at Head of Finance in various organisations in the Public, IT and Automative sectors. Prior to joining Loyaltybuild he was Vice President of International Operations with Avocent Corporation. His ares of responsibility within Loyaltybuild include Finance, IT, Sales Operations and Business Development.
John Egan, IT Manager
John is an IT professional with more than 10 years experience managing IT systems and networks. His key areas of focus at Loyaltybuild include delivering optimum results through increased productivity and identifying and implementing best practices through process driven efficiencies and improvements.
Heather O'Leary, Manager, Marketing and Client Accounts
Heather is a marketing professional with more than 19 years experience managing marketing teams as well as online and offline projects. Her key areas of focus at Loyaltybuild include managing a team of six account managers and marketing professionals, developing client relationships to achieve strategic and financial objectives and to deliver results through shared best practices.
Carole Neylon, Finance Manager
An Associate Chartered Management Accountant, Carole gained a wealth of experience with IBM in the UK in various finance positions before joining Loyaltybuild in November 2005. Managing the finance team, Carole is responsible for management and statutory accounts as well as budgets, payroll and payments to creditors.
Lorraine McCarthy, Project Manager
Lorraine, a member of the Institute of Project Management and PMP certified, holds the position of Project Manager with Loyaltybuild with responsibility for management of all key strategic projects that span IT and new business. With 8 years experience across a range of businesses from Banking, Insurance and IT, Lorraine has managed several high-profile technology and business projects.
