Loyaltybuild operates a three tiered IT platform with Web, Call Centre, and back-end operations serviced out of its headquarters in Ireland. Each of these services are utilised in support of our partner-branded campaigns and are free of charge to our partners. The main applications utilised include:

Loyaltybuild's front-end technologies operate on a ColdFusion platform with a single "diced" application which allows us to quickly and effectively implement new client solutions. The application layer, which operates in multiple languages, is developed by Loyaltybuild's IT staff while the development and build of the design layer, which typically brands as the clients, is outsourced to top class design teams.
On the web side of the application there are two specific 'faces'. The first, servicing the end-customer, 'the booking application' allows customers to browse and book client-branded leisure breaks across hotels, holiday homes and other products throughout Europe. The second aspect of the application allows suppliers of accommodation to directly load and manage their room stock (this component is known as Loyaltybuild supply).
Loyaltybuild has relationships with multi-lingual call centres. Call centres are used to support partner-branded campaigns with our agents responding to calls in the name of our partners.
The telephony application used is an IP-based system which integrates directly into the main booking system.
The telephony system (supplied by Interactive Intelligence) is a computer based application which intelligently interprets inbound calls and determines the team and application which is to be used to deal with this call. Where callers are known to our booking application (have previously booked), historical information and appropriate contact information is immediately made available to the call agent.
A fully featured, multi-lingual application is also in use at the call centre which interacts directly with the same database used on the web sites. This application, also based on a ColdFusion platform, is again fully built and maintained by our in-house IT development team.
All of the applications used on the Web and at the Call Centre are built on a Microsoft SQL Server platform, housed in our headquarters in Ireland. The applications, database, and network traffic are managed by our IT team, supported by local hardware and software suppliers.
